About the coach
Michelle
BetterUโs company founder Michelle is a qualified Sports Scientist and Strength & Conditioning coach with a lifetime of experience in the sport and fitness industry.
The BetterU philosophy stems from her passion for helping people achieve their full potential, backed by her strong belief that consistent improvements can add up to real, sustainable positive lifestyle changes. She makes it her job to support clients to move better, look better and feel better.
A former footballer and high level coach herself she knows what it takes to play at the top level and has extensive experience working with children, young people and adults across the Sport & Fitness sector as well as within Schools and Further Education.
A real motivator she is passionate about educating clients to empower them on their own fitness journey. She will push you towards the best you!
About the coach
Paul
Paul is a Personal Trainer with a desire for empowering people to make sustainable changes to live better, more enjoyable lives.
After serving in the British Army he left the military to pursue a career in Personal Training, using his knowledge and approach to get his clients moving better, looking better and feeling better. Keen on football but an avid runner he enjoys long distance training and specialises in 1-1 training in this area.
Paul was also a qualified Alpine Skiing instructor with qualifications in a variety of adventurous sports such as kayaking, sailing and rock climbing. Keeping on top of clientโs progress he knows which buttons to press to get the most from you during your workout.
With a real eye for detail and a stickler for form we love that he values technique and ensures every client gets 100% from every workout. Youโll not miss a rep with him!
