About UStrength

U-Strength is our fully coached bespoke group training programme delivered across 3 sessions per week and focuses on the development of full body strength and improvement of technique. Build lean body mass, boost your metabolism and push yourself out of your comfort zone.

Incorporating a variety of functional exercise equipment (kettlebells, sandbags, TRX, medicine balls, ropes etc) this session supports you to develop all aspects of fitness from power, strength, speed and agility. Our experienced coaches will provide high level support to ensure you are challenged at your own pace.

You have the flexibility of choosing which training sessions suit you across the week and can select to train at a time most convenient to you.
